Tiffani Bennett shared on social media “I did not expect the news I’ve been hearing about a fatal stabbing in Frisco to hit so close to home. I had the pleasure of pouring into Austin and his twin Hunter when they were just 4 years old. They were a popular and well loved set of twins! We enjoyed them so much at BBA. I remember having to go find Austin so he could calm his twin when he was having a bad moment and he was always so willing to do it. He was so gentle, supportive, and loving. I can’t imagine that his heart had changed much. Anyone who knows me knows that I love ALL of my students like my own. This is crushing. I always looked at my babies’ sweet faces and wondered who they’d become when they left me. Austin had a bright future ahead of him and I am angered by the senselessness that lurks amongst our youth. I am hopeful that his death will evoke change and create new paths in a positive direction for troubled students. I am hopeful that the Frisco community and the people who are affected by this news will take a stand so that his tragic, untimely death won’t be in vain.
